Natures fury claimed a lot of the trees way back when. This woodsy nook attracts local wildlife such as deer-in-the-night feeding on the green-briar sprigs and a place to sit in nature. Now the trees provide a great privacy barrier and sound buffer. It is very enjoyable to sit in the rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy the nearby songbirds..

At Beautiful Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, USA
This unique cottage does not have all the bells & whistles that the larger, more modern,
"mini-hotel" beach house rentals have.
So most local rental companies would not accommodate Nirvana cottage as it does not fit into their rental paradigm of "resort accommodations". We are NOT a resort. We are a very simple beach cottage. Yes, an honest to goodness family beach C O T T A G E.
The reality companies don't seem to support the modest family budgets needs. In this day and age, being economical is a necessity to many small families and is making a come-back!
Thus, this cottage is now managed by the original owners of this gem..
Thank you for considering lodging at Nirvana at Cape Hatteras, Avon, North Carolina, USA.

It was relocated 1/4 mile west to its present location in 1999.
